5. In-App PurchasesThe App may offer in-app purchases. Any transaction made within the App is subject to the terms of the relevant app store (Google Play). All purchases are non-refundable, except as required by law.
6. Ownership and Intellectual PropertyThe App, including all content, graphics, and features, is owned by Schanke's Shop. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of LiabilityThe App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the App will be free from errors or interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.
9. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
10. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York.
11. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
